Dental Radar LLC, doing business as Revisitly, provides appointment reminder SMS for US dental clinics. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Clinics enter patient first name and mobile number so we can send appointment confirmations, reminders, and recall follow-up texts. We also store clinic account details needed to run the service (name, clinic phone, billing email).

How we use it

We use this information only to send transactional appointment messages and to operate the Revisitly product. We do not sell patient data. We do not use mobile numbers for third-party marketing.

Mobile numbers

We will not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Carriers and Twilio process messages to deliver SMS. You may receive up to 8 messages per month related to your dental visits. Message and data rates may apply.
